Direct, compassionate, and collaborative care. Nervous system decoding and building regulatory capacity so we can remember how free we actually are.

Somatic therapy blended with traditional talk therapy. I’ll listen to your stories and interrupt the ones that feel old and stale. More focus on the ‘what is here, now’ and what is possible next; less about the stories of the past. My work is somatic, relational, and rooted in body-based awareness, expressive arts, parts work, and the sacred humor required to hold the paradoxes of this world. I offer a space to explore your inner world with honesty, curiosity, and care.

I am a psychodynamically, transpersonally, and somatically trained practitioner.

I see clients (California & New York residents) via tele-health for weekly psychotherapy sessions of either 50 or 75 minutes.

How I work and who I tend to work with

My clients may be carrying grief, heartbreak, shame, tenderness, and/or longing. You may need support around getting cozier with the fundamental existential uncertainties. I take matters of the heart very seriously.

You may be a seeker, a creative, a change-maker, a sensitive system attempting to make sense of it all and organize in relationship to yourself and others.

I work in an integrative way: this means I use a variety of approaches depending on the vibe and feedback of the space and clients. My work is informed and influenced by harm reductive concepts, liberatory paradigms, and the eco-therapeutic belief that our suffering generates from the disconnection from the land and each other.

I work with individuals, couples, and those in relationships (i.e. parent/child, multiple partners, friends, roomates)
