Direct, compassionate, and collaborative care. Our work together is intended to be an exploration of inner worlds and landscapes and their interactions with the outer.

I am a psychodynamically, transpersonally, and somatically trained practitioner.

I see clients (CA & NY residents) via tele-health for weekly psychotherapy sessions of either 50 or 75 minutes. I see NY residents in-person in the Hudson Valley.

I am offering KAP (Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy) at the Woodstock Therapy Center in the Hudson Valley.

How I work and who I tend to work with

I work in an integrative way. This means I use a variety of approaches depending on the vibe and feedback of the space and clients. My work is informed and influenced by harm reductive concepts, transformative justice, liberatory paradigms, and the eco-therapeutic belief that our suffering generates from the disconnection from the land and each other.

I work with individuals, couples, and those in relationships (i.e. parent/child, multiple partners, friends, roomates)
